The Zach Compston Big Band performs original jazz compositions and arrangements from the likes of George DeLancey, Chad Eby, Logan Moore, and Ryan Hamilton, as well as with iconic contemporary jazz orchestra repertoire. The band is a 17-piece jazz orchestra consisting of some of the brightest musicians, composers, and arrangers from central Ohio and beyond. Founded in 2018, the band took Columbus by storm with its virtuosic soloists and eclectic material.
